What data I process
Name, phone, email (optional), type of work and the text of the message that you enter in the enquiry form.
Why and on what basis
I use the data only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long I keep the data
For as long as the enquiry is being handled. If no contract is made, I delete the data within 12 months at the latest. If a contract is made, I keep the data for as long as the law requires.
Who receives the data
The enquiry is stored on the web hosting server and sent by email to my address. I do not sell the data or pass it to anyone for advertising purposes.
Cookies and third-party services
The public part of the website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising and loads no content from third parties. A cookie is used only in the website administration for the administrator login.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to the email address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
