I lay floating and vinyl floors in flats, houses and offices. The job includes skirting boards and transition profiles so that the floor looks finished where it meets another surface.
Before laying I assess the subfloor and we agree how to prepare it. The price list shows labour only; I confirm the final price based on the area and the condition of the subfloor.
